JCB Urban Company, Inc. is a Charlotte, NC-based builder specializing
in residential and commercial mixed-use developments that complement existing communities. Founded in 2002 by Jim
Burbank, former Chairman and CEO of Saussy Burbank, the company is committed to building homes with quality craftsmanship,
distinctive design and classic architectural details in the Charlotte metro area.
At JCB Urban, we are dedicated to locating communities with
opportunities for new, innovative development. Our goal is to provide our customers with a unique and quality product
that is cost effective and a superior value. Our core principles are:

Currently, JCB Urban is building single family homes in the
Little Gate, Davidson Wood and Summers Walk communities in Davidson, NC and in the Eagle Park development in Belmont,
NC. Beginning in the spring of 2008, JCB Urban will begin building single family homes in Midwood Central Phase II, which is located in the Plaza-Midwood neighborhood in Charlotte. Construction will also begin soon
on a three-story retail/residential building in the bustling section of Davidson known as Davidson Gateway.
